The professional dashboard

StatBlockPro

A serious training log with no game in it. If you never want to see an experience bar, this is the whole app, and nothing is held back.

Coming to Android Compare with StatBlockRPG

Training

The logger

Sets, reps, weight, RPE and a rest timer that keeps the screen awake. Warm-up sets are marked as warm-ups and never counted as working volume.

Routines

Build a split, prescribe sets and reps per exercise, and start today from it. Your routine ids are preserved when you edit, so past sessions never lose their programme.

Progressive overload

Add load when you earn it and deload when you do not. Prescriptions round to the nearest 2.5 kg plate, because being told to lift 47.3 kg is how an app announces that nobody thought about the gym.

Training blocks

After six consistent weeks the app offers a block increase, rounded DOWN to a loadable plate. Come back after a month away and it offers a deload instead. Both are suggestions you can decline.

History and records

Every session you have logged, with its real volume, kept and readable. An abandoned session is shown as abandoned rather than quietly deleted.

Muscle map

Which muscles you have actually trained this week, drawn from your sets. Timed work counts, so mobility and carries are not invisible.

Nutrition

A real food database

2,467 foods from USDA FoodData Central, bundled into the app. Search works with no account and no signal.

Targets you cannot break

Calories and protein are computed on the server from your own biometrics and goal, and clamped so they can never fall below your BMR or a fixed safe minimum.

Meal planner

Generate a week, swap anything you do not want, pin what you do, and apply a day to your diary in one tap.

Exclusions, not allergies

Filter out ingredients you do not eat. The app says plainly that this is a preference filter and not a medical safety check, because the underlying data has no allergen field.

Body

Weight, thirteen girth measurements and a goal weight. Changes are shown as a signed number in one neutral colour: the app does not decide whether your arm growing is good news or your waist growing is bad news, because it cannot know.
