These terms govern your use of the StatBlockFit app and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, some features are unavailable to you for safety reasons, as described in the privacy policy. You confirm the date of birth you give is correct; it is stored once and cannot be changed afterwards.

3. StatBlockFit is not medical advice

This is important, so it is stated plainly. StatBlockFit is a logging and training tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical, dietetic or physiotherapeutic advice. Calorie and protein targets are general estimates computed from figures you provide, and are clamped so they cannot fall below a safe floor, but they are not a prescription. Training suggestions, including block increases and deloads, are suggestions.

Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an eating disorder or a history of one, or have any medical condition. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

Ingredient exclusion filters are a PREFERENCE tool and not an allergen safety check. The underlying nutrition data has no allergen field, so the app infers what it can and says so. Never rely on it if a food would harm you.

4. Your account

• Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Additional accounts created to manipulate rankings, reviews or rewards may be removed.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it, show it to the people you chose to show it to, and moderate it.

You agree not to post content that:

• harasses, threatens or targets another person;
• is sexual, hateful, violent or illegal;
• is not yours to post, or infringes anyone's rights;
• impersonates another person;
• is spam, or advertising.

Reports are reviewed and content that breaks these rules is removed. Repeated or serious breaches can end in an account being suspended or deleted.

6. Fair use of the game features

StatBlockRPG's progression is meant to reflect real activity. Falsifying logs, automating input, exploiting bugs, or using additional accounts to influence reviews, ratings or rewards may result in progress being reset or the account being closed. Reviewing another person's submitted proof requires you to opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. The fitness half of the app is designed to work without a connection wherever it can, but anything that involves the server needs one.

8. Price

StatBlockFit is currently free to use, with no purchases and no advertising. If paid features are introduced, existing functionality that you already rely on will not be moved behind a payment without notice, and these terms will be updated first.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is Küsnacht ZH, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
