A feed that defaults to friends, direct messages between adults, a review tribunal you opt into, and a ladder you can leave. Everything social is optional and nothing is public until you make it so.

Direct, and importable
Send a friend a routine and they can import it in one tap. The programming travels; the weights do not, because a load is a fact about your body and not theirs.
Tribunal
Review, if you opt in
Big claims are held for review by other players. Reviewing is opt-in, the submitter is never named, and a claim that nobody reviews is released to its owner at the deadline.
Ladder
Ranked, and leavable
ELO with K-factor bands and a private view of your own rank. Opt out of the public ladder and you can still see where you stand.
Safety
Report, block, 24 hours
Every post, comment, message and proof can be reported from inside the app and every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking hides two people from each other in both directions.
Under 18
Guardian Mode
Accounts for 13 to 17 year olds cannot post publicly, upload photos, message anyone, review proofs or appear on a public ladder. The age comes from the date of birth on the server, not a setting.
