How the Envoy trains
Train with people. Book the class, find a partner, join a team or a running club, and make the session the place you see your friends. Accountability you enjoy beats discipline you have to summon, and a group makes the hard days shorter.
A sample week
| Day | Session |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Group class |
| Day 2 | Strength with a partner |
| Day 3 | Rest |
| Day 4 | Team sport or club run |
| Day 5 | Strength with a partner |
| Weekend | Something active with friends |
Adjust it to your time and your recovery; any sensible week you keep beats a perfect one you drop.
Muscles to look after
This way of training leans on Side delts, Chest, Quads, Calves. Their pages on the body map list the movements that train them and what balances them.
